I believe in the power of curiosity and partnership with folks on their mental health journeys to make meaningful, lasting progress—whatever that means for you! 

I earned my Master's Degree as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner from Purdue University Global. Through my nursing career, I've worked across a wide range of settings: medical floors, correctional care, a residential substance use program, and assertive community treatment. That breadth has shaped how I show up for people — with curiosity, without judgment, and with a genuine respect for the complexity of human experience. I hold space for folks from all walks of life, but have a particular passion for supporting queer and neurodivergent communities. 

I offer psychiatric medication management with a therapeutic style grounded in motivational interviewing, somatic awareness, and trauma-informed care. I also love exploring the often-overlooked connections between mental health and the body — including how nutrition and physical health can be meaningful pieces of your wellness picture.
