I am passionate about meeting my clients where they are at and I approach psychiatric appointments holistically, knowing the importance of the mind body connection. I ensure the care I provide is client-centered and collaborative because I know that working with my clients as a team helps us to achieve our shared goals. I provide medication management in a therapeutic setting and I use my education, experience, and genuine curiosity to learn and grow every day.

I am a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s of Science in Nursing from UC San Francisco. I have experience working with diverse patient populations and I believe that what makes us different also makes us special. I have a lot of experience working with teens, college students, LGBTQ+, pregnant and postpartum people, and women across the lifespan.

Life can get busy and hectic. It is challenging to take the time we need in order to be present for ourselves and others. Often, the first step is the hardest when seeking care. I am ready and waiting for you when you are ready to take that step for your mental wellbeing.
