We are able to make appointments within a few days with flexible scheduling. We accept cash, checks, credit and debit cards, and Health Savings Account cards. There will be a $30 charge assessed for returned checks. Unpaid balances remaining after a period of four months may result in your account being turned over to a collection agency, and referral to a different psychiatric provider.

Scheduling an Appointment
To secure a new patient appointment, we ask that you provide a valid credit card number.
Your appointment time is reserved for you. Once you have scheduled a session, you will be expected to pay for it unless you provide at least 24 hours advance notice directly to your provider. Insurance cannot be billed and will not cover missed sessions. If you are not using insurance, you will be billed the late cancel/missed appointment rate of $100 whether you are using insurance or note.
In a situation where your absence was beyond your control and your provider deems it a true emergency (at the ER, hospitalized, etc.) and where time permits, your provider will attempt to reschedule your session within the same week and consider waiving the fee. If you are able to talk on the phone or do a videoconference session, that may be an option to avoid the cancellation fee.
Please be on time to your session as a cancellation fee may also apply if you are more than 15 minutes late.
