I am ready to help you on your journey towards improving your mental health. Each of us face unique challenges, and at times, we need to seek assistance from others. I believe that using a client-centered approach, collaborating with other service providers such as therapists, and encouraging healthy lifestyle choices for my clients is key to improving mental health.

Prior to becoming a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I worked for over 10 years in a busy Emergency Department. This experience inspired me to collaborate with

clients who have complex medical conditions to help them thrive, realize that they are not defined by their health conditions, and to foster hope. I also have specialized experience in diabetic care.

I love to travel. I have spent time living in Spain, Mexico, and Venezuela. I have a great deal of experience working with Spanish-speaking clients. Pasé tiempo viviendo en España, México, y Venezuela. También tengo mucha experiencia trabajando con clientes que hablan Español.

In addition to being a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I also have a Master of Public Health, with a concentration in Maternal and Child Health.
